Software Engineer Test Development (C++/Java)

Responsibilities:

*

Design and implement software test automation frameworks using C, C++, C# and/or Java *

Analyze product feature functional specifications and develop innovative testing strategies to ensure quality of the delivered solutions

*

Take the lead on analyzing and debugging complex product issues found by both QA and in the field *

Create tools to exercise the product in unique ways, discovering and becoming the expert on product behavior under real world circumstances *

Perform product code reviews to further diagnose issues for development team *

Directly provide product bug fixes for complex product issues *

Design, Develop and maintain automation framework for Performance, Stability and Reliability testing *

Develop Quality Assurance Team process and automation infrastructure to improve the team’s efficiency

Requirements:

*

Two (2) years working software development experience using C, C++, C# or Java *

Bachelors in computer science *

Strong communication and problem solving skills *

Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills *

Demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and ability to concurrently meet multiple deadline-driven tasks and projects *

Understand the product life-cycle for an agile software startup *

Ability to troubleshoot and analyze application issues to root cause where possible and mentoring the team members to do the same *

Excellent work ethic, dependable, and responsible *

Must be a flexible self-starter who can ramp up with new technologies quickly *

Strong self-motivation and proactive mentality
