Senior Business Analyst
•The focus of this role is to understand the business environment and business
processes of Diagnostics/Vaccines Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality
Assurance/Control.
•In scope are the IT applications in support of these business areas, including
SAP and non-SAP applications
•The incumbent facilitates the ongoing dialog between business and IT to
“translate” requirements and enable creation of value added IT solutions.
•Support business and IT management in developing business IT strategy, defining
of objectives, and financial control of IT operations and investments.
•The business environment includes knowledge of business strategy, objectives,
capabilities, processes, roles fulfilled during product development, and
organizational structures. Business analysts must also understand influences
external to a business organization, such as competitors, regulatory
requirements, best in class practices and economic factors.
•University working and thinking level: e.g. degree in Computer Science,
Information Management, Mathematics or appropriate business domain or comparable
education/ experience.
•3-5 years of experience in IT experience in comparable job in a pharmaceutical,
diagnostics, or vaccines company is desired.
•Preferably 2 years of exposure to business area Business Analysis/ Data
Modeling roles involving direct client interaction.
•Good conceptual understanding for current Information technologies
•Good understanding of Computer Systems Validation processes and procedures
•Exposure to SAP, Data Warehousing, and Business Intelligence
•Experience in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device, Vaccines industry and knowledge is
a must
•Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to contribute
effectively in global/ virtual teams in a matrix organization
•Excellent time management skills
•Fluent in English is a must.
