Qualifications: BSEE, MS preferred, over 10 years of hands on SQA and Engineering experience. Expert level knowledge and experience in protocolHands on SQA experience and be able to handle a geographically diverse SQA team

Description: 10+ years of management experience as QA and Development manager for local and remote off-shore teamsStrong hands on experience with automation development with regression testing, performance testing, co-existence testing, HW characterization, speech/audio processing, IOP verification, SDK API testing and manufacturing toolsWell versed in managing cross functional and cross organizational disciplines such as architecture, HW/SW engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales, and support to end customersExperience in product Qualification and Certification, regulatory testing, customer approvals, field trials and product deployment Extensive Experience in international business relationship and product development/verification with ODM/OEM and off-shore design/development engagementsExperienced in Project Budgeting, Effort estimation, Resource leveling, Resource Management, Program Evaluations & high risk schedule managementKnowledge in Project Managements life cycle, applications and tools (Initiation, Planning, Risk Management, Quality control, Contracting, closure, etc.)Proactive, quick learner and result oriented
