Sr. SQA Analyst/Lead SQA Analyst,

, The primary responsibilities for this position are: • working with project teams to understand system requirements and design specifications • developing Quality Assurance and testing strategies • planning to ensure software quality through the project's life cycle • capturing the design of test cases and test procedures in HP Quality Center • automating test cases/scripts using SQL, programming / scripting languages, and test automation tools • conducting integration and system level testing and • facilitating defects tracking and problem-determination throughout the life cycle.

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience • minimum of three years in application development and/or software testing • minimum of two years experience defining test requirements, test cases, test sets and defects for software applications, preferably in HP Quality Center • one year experience in a technical role either programming or administering a web based solution • experience creating test strategies and plans for software applications • must have a desire to function in both a QA and a technical role as needed • excellent team work and communication skills • ability to work with minimal supervision
