Quality Assurance Analyst

D · Identify software testing objectives · Document software test plans · Create software test cases · Execute test scripts · Identify, investigate, document and track software issues · Create and maintain procedures to provide quality software to Partners

· Bachelor’s Degree and 3-5 years experience in quality assurance testing and test automation · Highly proficient computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office · Software development experience with C#, VB.NET and VBScript desirable · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Ability to function independently within a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. · Critical thinker, good judgment, quick learning ability, decisiveness, tenacity, and diplomacy are essential characteristics. · Must have excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills. · Additional evening and weekend hours may be required in order to complete testing to ensure timely releases
