.Job Summary: Accountable for actively supporting all phases of the application software data configuration, integration, and simulation processes.Essential Job Duties:Data Sourcing and Analysis:Gathers customer contact center data and performs complex data analysis using Microsoft SQL Server.Documents Excel-based contact center planning spreadsheets sourced from data analysis; provides data to Project Manager.Process Mapping: Defines and creates data map in CenterBridge Software database. Simulation Model Development Builds and validates discrete-event simulation models of contact center networks in CenterBridge.Coordination of Onsite Meetings and Training Sessions: Works with Project Manager to coordinate onsite customer meetings and adoption trainings.Travels to customer location to provide onsite implementation services/troubleshooting/training as needed. Adoption Assistance: Serves as a technical resource to customers and ensures a smooth transition to CenterBridge. Requirements: Preferred technical skills: Process mapping/process re-engineering, SQL and/or Database design, Knowledge of contact center industry. Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc). Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands. Bachelors of Science Degree or higher in Technical field.
