System Test Engineers

Job Description: Conduct QA, Software Verification and Validation requirements gathering to create Test Suite and Automated test scripts to test Etherent & IP Networking Software and Client-Server applications. Analyze Business Specifications, functional specification, Design and Interface Control Documents in accordance with accepted testing methodologies and test plan formation for various Layer 2 and Layer 3 IEEE Standards and RFCs. Use of databases (such as Oracle or SQL Server), UNIX, XML and Network Traffic generators for Software Verification and Validation. Combine functional testing and load/stress testing based on the expected user-base for Cisco, Ericsson, Tasman company switches and routers. Develop test and execute Test cases for Interoperability testing using Cisco, Juniper, Extreme Networks, Overture, Tellabs, LSI Logic and Lantech.

Education:Bachelors degree or evaluated equivalent education thereof, in Engineering (any) or Computer Science.

Experience: 2 yrs experience in the job offered.
