SQA Engineer
Responsibilities
* Review and critique marketing requirements, conceptual designs, and design specifications
* Identify critical areas of the product and lead the testing process for those areas
* Develop software test plans, designs, and automated test cases for next generation features
* Participate in team reviews of test designs and specifications
Requirements
* BS or MS in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent areas
* 5 years of engineering experience
* Experience with MS Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7. Experience with Mac OS is a plus
* Self-starter works well independently and on a team. Demonstrated leadership ability
* Flexible and willing to devote time needed to deliver high quality products on schedule
Preferred Qualifications
* Recognized excellent interpersonal skills
* Possesses a professional and cooperative attitude
* Willingness and flexible to change with the changing needs of the organization
* Adaptable approach to problem analysis and solution definition
