Senior Quality Manager

DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY:

Manage all QA resources and activities with the responsibility for developing and managing an effective Quality Management System to ensure best in class quality of products and service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Proven track record in designing and implementing highly effective quality processes and systems, policies and procedures, best practices, Key Performance Indicators, and Continuous Improvements

* Detailed knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and methodologies

* Has experience in performing audits, inspections, quality reviews and root-cause analysis

* Is data driven and sets clear, measurable quality goals for an organization

* Is innovative, can simplify, and has relentlessly high quality standards

* Has experience and conviction around measures to quantify software quality

* Can propose tradeoffs and provide risk assessment to stakeholders

* Possesses strong oral and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills, leading to trusted partnership

MINIMUM SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Advanced degree in computer science or related field with 6+ years of relevant and demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a Sr. Quality Manager

* 10+ years of experience as a people manager, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, software development companies

* Is a certified Six Sigma Green/Black Belt

* Has comprehensive understanding and application of CMMI, ISO and/or Six Sigma methodologies

* Knowledge of Project Management principles and other Quality tools and methodologies, such as 8D, FMEA, etc…

* Working knowledge of MS SharePoint and database management tools
