Software Testing Analyst

At least 1 year of classical software testing and software validation in regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical industry, with at least 1 year of experience testing web-based interactive applications is preferred

At least 1 year creating and implementing manual test suites in a formal SDLC environment is preferred

Must possess a technical background in software and object-oriented systems development and testing, and be able to apply this knowledge to designing appropriate test strategies and approaches.

Ability to meet aggressive project timelines, while sustaining high performance, and high quality is essential.

Experience using change management tools, preferably Rational ClearQuest.

Experience working with web-based, interactive voice response, and locally deployed client-server projects on Windows NT/2000/2003.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Experience testing randomization schemas.

Knowledge of drug management.

Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11 and other FDA regulatory requirements.

Handles multiple tasks effectively, with minimal management supervision.

Tools/Languages

Rational ClearQuest or other change tracking tools

Familiarity with relational databases (SQL Server) and SQL

Microsoft Office

Automated test tool experience

Basic knowledge of Visual Basic and .NET
