Test Engineer
• Perform instrumentation, testing, and analysis of required tests to support product development
• Develop, schedule, and execute tests in the electro-dynamic shaker lab
• Assist in test trip planning and support
• Write test reports and supply engineering documentation
• Establish testing parameters with product groups and consumer data to ensure lab testing represents typical vehicle usage
• Keep familiar with state of the art equipment and processes and recommend to management the best choices and practices to consider
• Provide instruction and support for development technicians as they get up to speed with instrumentation and test procedures
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• BSME required
• MSME preferred
• Recreational vehicle riding experience preferred
• Experience with digital signal analysis and data acquisition methods and tools
