QUALITY ENGINEER
you will be responsible for all measurement systems used for product quality control, conducting gage repeatability and reproducibility tests, maintaining all work instructions for production test equipment, overseeing the calibration program and conducting qualifications on new equipment and processes. You will also act as a resource for using various Six Sigma tools, such as root cause analysis, cause and effect diagrams, process flow mapping, hypothesis testing and design of experiments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree with an engineering background
* The ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents
* The ability to create complex documents that communicate work instructions effectively
* The ability to use Microsoft Office 2010
* Preferably, two to four years of related experience and/or training and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
* Preferably, American Society of Quality certification as Quality Engineer
* Self-motivation, strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to work independently
* Preferably, Minitab experience
