Quality Assurance Analyst 3 ¿ A solid background in investigative software quality assurance testing, including the ability to integrate QA into projects from the design and planning phase, ¿ Full lifecycle QA experience ¿ in this role you will design test cases, execute both manual and automated testing, analyze the results, report and track defects, and ultimately make the decision on test completion, ¿ Experience developing test harnesses ¿ Ability to work in an Agile development environment (preferably Scrum), ¿ A deadline driven approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. ¿ Review functional/technical specs for various projects and provide feedback, ¿ Determine the appropriate test strategy and criteria defining user story acceptance, ¿ Explore features as they are being developed to identify design, testability and usability issues, ¿ Create and maintain manual and/or automated test scripts, test data, and other deliverables related to the software QA process, ¿ Develop test automation scripts with open source solutions (i.e. WatiN), ¿ Perform the test execution for assigned stories according to acceptance criteria and using own initiative, retaining accountability for software tested, ¿ Track test results and deliver a comprehensive assessment of product quality, ¿ Execute manual and automated regression tests, interpret the results and diagnose basic test failures, ¿ Immediately log and communicate issues found during testing and the ability to assess the severity of the issue, ¿ Act as a gatekeeper for software quality, ensuring only highest quality code makes it to production. ¿ A bachelor's degree in a technical or analytical subject, including engineering, mathematics, the sciences, or philosophy, ¿ 4+ years Web testing with specific focus on Rich Internet Applications, ¿ WatiN, Selenium, Fitness or similar automation framework experience, ¿ Experience working with web technologies including IIS, ASP.NET, Ajax, HTTPS, CSS, XML, JS, SQL, ¿ Deep understanding of browser testing methodology, including tools like HttpWatch, Firebug, Wireshark, ¿ Experience designing, and/or implementing a test automation solution for a B2B and consumer-oriented web applications, ¿ Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills, ¿ Experience with risk management techniques and their application to QA, ¿ Excellent verbal communication skills ¿ ability to translate complex technical challenges into business consumable language, ¿ The candidate must be detailed oriented, organized, and have the ability to multi-task. Must be flexible with a ¿can do¿ attitude and have the ability to remain professional under high pressure situations, ¿ Healthcare Industry a big plus.
