Quality Assurance Analyst

• Use automation tools to build regression suites • Work in agile development environment with a team of highly motivated employees • Run security, performance and functionality tests against web applications • Work to establish test strategies and manage execution based on assigned priority • Test features from concept through design and architecture • Develop and execute test cases • Test product features against design requirements • Perform exploratory testing on new and existing product features • Understand user behavior and facilitate internal communications on specific functionality • Review Product Use Cases for use in Test Development and anticipated product usage • Evaluate and suggest improvements to the software development process • Work closely with the software engineers to ensure successful, high quality releases • Participate in design reviews with business systems analysts and software engineers • Work closely with scrum team to accomplish common goals Experience and Skills:

• Experience using software automation tools • Strong logical and problem solving skills • Superior and proven attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Must have excellent teamwork and independent decision making skills • Knowledge of web application testing, including security testing • Experience with Microsoft technologies • Experience in agile development preferred • Experience validating SaaS-based software preferred • Prior QA experience preferred
