*
Develop and maintain the Contractor Master Test Plan .
*
Lead a team and develop hardware and software test procedures from requirements, use-cases and Concept of Operations (CONOPS) at system, subsystem and partition levels.
*
Oversee and execute software and hardware test procedures, execute software and hardware regression tests, develop automated tests, and report evaluation results.
*
Coordination with Software Developers, Hardware and Software Integration team members to perform informal check outs and formal tests.
*
Coordination with external commercial and Government test facilities to perform classified and unclassified test events.
*
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related disciplines and a minimum of 9 years related experiences is required.
*
A minimum of 6 years of experience with developing test procedures and ensuring test to requirements traceability is required.
*
A minimum of 3 years of experience with developing and maintaining a Master Test Program Plan.
*
Ability to perform as a technical director to the test team.
*
Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems and C++, C#, Java software environments.
*
Knowledge of National Instruments LabView object oriented programming, and automated test tools.
*
Experience with Software Testing & Quality Assurance techniques
*
Willing to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines.
*
Good oral and written and presentation skills mandatory.
*
Experience working with CMMI processes in a CMMI certified environment.
*
Effective communication skills; good interpersonal skills; must be an effective team member.
*
Travel required to CONUS sites.
*
Active Secret Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
*
Experience with Army vehicle programs.
Minimum Security Clearance:
Secret clearance required
