Quality Assurance Compliance Trainer

# Works with all departments to assess training needs based upon observations, interviews, questionnaires and archival data. Develops instructional materials in support of training needs, including course evaluations to provide feedback for training improvement. Identifies, coordinates and prepares the use of training resources prior to learning sessions. (20%).

# Develops and presents interactive learning presentations to groups that exceed 100 persons. Training may be presented to multiple departments working on shifts representing a 24-hour, 5-day per week schedule, and up to the Senior Management level. (15%)

# Manages classroom learning associated with on-the-job training for a variety of technical tasks within one or more departments, ensuring that the outcomes are consistent with expectations. (10%)

# Designs, develops and implements technical training materials and technical training sessions that support the training needs of the departments within the operations group. Materials development includes the design and administration of tests - performance and written, and the use of digital photographs to visually support trainee knowledge retention. Technical training sessions may be one-on-one or small group, and include hands-on demonstrations of technical equipment and manufacturing process changes. (15%)

# Methodically analyzes course materials and learner information based on completed feedback documentation. Revises training materials based on documented feedback, for use in future training sessions. (5%)

# Proactively integrates issues related to safety and current Good Manufacturing practices into training activities as necessary and supports cGMP training efforts for assigned departments as applicable. (5%)

# Supports and coordinates internal audits of training records as required, and supports and contributes to the successful and timely completion of audits performed by outside consultants.(5%)

# Develops and submits monthly training activity information to Training Manager. Information will take the form of scheduled calendar activities and a monthly summary of training activities and events. (5%)

# As needed, designs, coordinates and implements soft skills and audio conference training. Training may be in the form of instructor-led classroom sessions including electronic learning (e- learning) and audio conference hosting. (5%) # Develops and makes available to Training Manager on a regular basis, individual schedule of training activities. (5%)

Four-year college degree in training, education, organization development, behavioral science or equivalent experience. A minimum of two years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment or strictly regulated industry required. One year of experience in a manufacturing environment and or equivalent mechanical aptitude recommended.
