Quality Assurance Specialist

- Creating and executing automated test strategies for enterprise functional test suites - Test tools research, administration and support - Consultant for performance and load test endeavors

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

- Ability to automate tests using a variety of testing tools - Ability to plan, lead, and execute automated testing strategies - Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time - Administer and Support testing tools

Desired Skills and Abilities:

- Ability to formulate, create, and execute automation test strategies - Excellent communication skills - Attention to detail - Strong initiative to learn new skills - Ability to work both independently and on teams - Problem solving/ analytical skills

Experience:

- Three years of black box testing experience - Experience with Parasoft, Rational, Minq, or Bugzilla tools a plus - Java programming knowledge a plus - Experience analyzing system resource metrics - Experience in logistics industry desired
