Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs Process Analyst**

The position will lead and/or participate in projects to enhance and streamline supporting procedures and tools; develop and implement training relating to DRMC, and ensure effective communication of changes.

Education

Graduate degree, in Business Administration or Computer Science

Qualifications and Skills:

* Knowledge of regulations and standards in a medical device industry with focus on document and records management and control * Excellent communication (verbal, written) skills * Hands-on team member as well as leadership expertise; proven ability to work in a ‘distributed environment’ with an international team * Sound knowledge of industry standard document and records management system (ideally including Livelink by OpenText, or similar) * Excellent technical skills, especially as relates to functionality and process communications infrastructure * Project coordination/management (at least basic, preferably intermediate) * Ability to quickly learn, apply, and suggest improvements to platform, tools and process * Data and process modeling knowledge and experience * Understanding of tools and techniques relating to process design and data modeling * Training experience
