Experience/Education: -Must be detail oriented -Must be technically strong and provide detailed reports of issues -BS in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field -2+ years* experience in functional, integration, or system testing web based applications -Familiarity with web development and relational database concepts -Working experience with SharePoint desirable -Healthcare IT experience desirable

Work Skills: -A solid understanding of Software Quality Assurance process -Experience with performance, load, and stress testing -Experience and understanding of object oriented programming -Extensive knowledge and experience with test automation and testing tools -Strong analytical and problem solving skills -Ability to work on multiple complex tasks simultaneously -Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines in a software development environment -Knowledge of available tools, technologies, methodologies, processes, and best practices to deliver high quality software -Effective interpersonal skills (presentation, written and oral) and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of staff levels -Experience testing Web Services and/or APIs -Working knowledge of advanced testing techniques including: Exploratory Testing, Boundary Value Analysis, Equivalence Class Partitioning, SOAP Services/API -Testing of Cross-Site Scripting, and SQL Injection -Able to demonstrate proficiency with automated test tools and concepts -Experience working on agile development teams (e.g., Scrum, XP, TDD, etc.)
