TEST ENGINEER (QA Analyst 3)

* A four year degree in computer science or the equivalent * 7+ years of experience in IT (mostly in QA) * Familiarity with WordPress (or other CMS), as well as mobile, SAP, open source, and mainframe technologies * Hands-on experience with backend testing and white box testing * Proficient in planning, writing, and executing test specifications * 2+ years* experience using HP Quality Center or equivalent test management tools * 1+ experience developing test automation solutions in Quick Test Professional or equivalent tools within the industry * Some experience in developing load & stress solutions in JMeter, LoadRunner, or equivalent tools within the industry * Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis * Solid Microsoft Excel Skills * Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards * Strong quality & risk quantification skills

* Collaborate with development, Project Management & Business Analyst to ensure clarity on deliverables, establish QA practices and promote knowledge transfer. * Provides feedback to improve the testability or design of an end-to-end business solution

* Demonstrate strong knowledge of various, testing methodologies to leverage at all stages of product development

* Experience in coming up with Master Test Plans, Detailed project level test plans documents based on functional requirements and technical specifications
