Software Tester/QA Analyst

You will be solely responsible for writing and executing your own test cases at a fast pace in an ever-changing, Agile/Scrum development environment. You will have the opportunity to take charge and help build on and improve the testing process and to spearhead the implementation of new automated and manual testing processes and best practices. You were able to understand and write code for automated testing.

• Great communication and collaboration skills and a strong teamwork ethic • A minimum of three years of testing or automation experience • Good verbal and written communication skills • Commitment to delivering great software and releasing it quickly, efficiently and with increasing quality • Able to identify/create test cases from minimal requirements Additional, preferred qualifications include: • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment (highly preferred) • BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical discipline • Experience developing, debugging and maintaining code in C, C++, C#, or Java • An understanding of server/services testing • An understanding of Web 2.0 technologies such as AJAX and Silverlight
