QA Testing Support
* Support Technical and Certification project functions including assisting test team with questions or issues, receiving raw issues and results.
* Assist in reviewing and composing testing results in a timely manner for their inclusion in project issues log as well as provide additional insight into issues.
* Perform support-related functions regarding testing preparation including set up and project close out.
* Work closely with Engineering Technical Managers and or manufacturers when open or resolved issues are discussed.
* Assist in carrying out test procedures specific to handset technology and functionality being tested. Tests to include live as well as simulated scenarios.
* Review non-conformities, reported by test team and or customer complaints reported by other departments.
* Interface with the Carrier Line Management team and form carrier related system tasks as needed.
* AA Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 1 year of job related experience.and/or project management
