Senior IM Analyst, ERP Testing & QA

* Solid understanding of quality control best practices, automated testing software, and defect tracking software (i.e. HP Quality Center)

* Experience writing solid bug reports and analysis

* Excellent testing knowledge & ability to use latest testing technology and standards

* Strong QA and testing industry knowledge

* In depth software quality assurance experience

* The ability to work to agreed deadlines

* Experience of coordinating people to complete tasks

* Experience working within a matrix-style org structure for test executions in terms of Unit Testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Performance and Stress Test

* Deliver testing and project presentations to project team members

* Gather performance requirements/specifications

* Develop detailed performance test plan (including detailed scenarios and test cases, workloads, environment info, etc.)

* Gather requirements for data needed for test and production environment

* Experience coordinating load, stress, endurance, spike, configuration and isolation testing

* Manage detailed testing project plan, including all dependencies, associated timelines and reporting

* Ensure all project team members (business analysts, developers and testers) understand the testing tools and how to use it appropriately on the project

* Manage QA testing for multiple projects/products concurrently

* Manage defect tracking process, defect reporting, and dissemination of QA information

* Understand the business impact (technical/non-technical) to member firms/end-users and ensure testing addresses those impacts

* Four (4) years’ experience in software testing management

* Two (2) years’ experience in software quality assurance

* At least one full implementation life cycle in ERP testing (SAP Preferred)

* Experience with automated testing tools (HPQC preferred)

* Demonstrated pattern of success in meeting project cost, schedule, and quality objectives, and leading within a project team environment.

* Strong communication skills

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Excellent interpersonal, presentational, and communications skills.

* Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Technology or Engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Advanced management degree and relevant industry experience is preferred
