Jr. Software QA Specialist

· 2 to 4 years of S/W testing experience including analyzing requirements for writing test plans and test cases.

· 2 to 4 years developing and executing test cases for Unit, System, Performance, Stress, Regression, UAT and Smoke Testing.

· 2 to 4 years experience with test automation tools such as HP Quality Center, HP Quick Test Pro, and HP LoadRunner required.

· Experience with DOORS.

· Experience creating TIRs, Test Summary Reports and classifying software defects.

· Understanding of software testing tools and techniques.

· Understanding of CMMI Level 3.

· Proficiencies in using all Microsoft PC products such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication skills.

Education and Pluses:

· Bachelor’s Degree in a related major.

· Computer Science degree a plus.

· Health Care industry experiences a plus.

· QSQE Certified Quality Engineer certification a plus. =================================
