Software Quality Assurance Specialist

* Technical product expert in one or more areas

* Product test ownership of one or more areas

* Provide quality assurance on in-field product releases, patches, escalation and hotfixes.

* Work closely with Development and international QA teams to troubleshoot in-field issues and customer defects

* Create and setup complex test environments

* Develop and update test documentation and plans

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (3-5+ years in SQA.)

* Experience testing software on multiple Microsoft Windows operating systems is required

* Must have experience with networking, general desktop, and client/server software applications

* Database management experience or database testing knowledge a plus

* Ability to troubleshoot deep technical defects, networking, and operating system problems

* Ability to work in dynamic and fast paced customer escalation environment

* Team-player attitude and be able to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment

* Must be able to identify and learn new technologies quickly

* Strong organization and time management skills

* Strong multi-tasking ability

* Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
