Sr. Quality Assurance Analyst

Team leadership of complex projects involving large systems. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Participate in Architecture and Design discussion. Consult with clients for project requirement gathering, analysis and developing project specifications. Monitoring project development, and ensuring conformity to project specifications at all stages as well as obtaining periodic client acceptance of the project deliverables.

Identify problems in the running of software applications and outputting of results. Customize testing strategies with methodologies for individual systems. Design and develop Test specifications; and execute test plans, and test cases. Design different types of tests such as Functionality / White box / Unit / Integration / System / Regression / Performance / Stress. Design test scripts for testing the application. Designing tests and debug hardware and ASIC related issues. Design, testing and debugging test automation scripts for testing the network. Analyze Security requirements and work with application development team for testing & maintenance of Security Protocols, Track project milestones and deliverables. Verify and supervise fixes. Supervise and review the work of other testers and analysts in his team.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, any Engineering, Math, CIS, Science, Business, or related with three years of experience (or Bachelors or / Foreign Equivalent Degree in above fields with five years of experience).
