Test Analyst

Test Analysts are responsible for creating test plans and executing test scripts that validate the quality of our solutions.The Test Analyst is also responsible for recording test results and logging issues. In this role, you are required to have basic application knowledge and should be highly focused on quality and attention to detail. You will be required to work with Solution Designers, Solution Architects, Software Engineers, and Delivery Consultants to help define testing scenarios and to communicate issues and testing results throughout the testing process.

-Associate's degree or equivalent experience -2.75 cumulative GPA -Ability to learn and apply new technical skills and concepts quickly -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Possess decision making skills as well as the ability to deal with ambiguity -Demonstrates the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet adapting deadlines -Attention to detail -Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite -Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

-Experience with SQL, MadCap Flare, or SilkTest (or other automated test software) a plus
