Test Strategy & Transformation Lead
- Lead the collection and analysis of current processes, methods, procedures, tools, metrics, and work activities jointly with the shared services team.
- Provide strategic guidance for process compliance guidelines to test shared services
- Lead defining the processes and management structure for performing testing
- Lead in defining the role of test integration (alignment with business teams) and Test Execution Centers
- Provide guidance on how to optimize software development life cycle management using integrated waterfall, iterative or test driven approaches
- Lead development transformation efforts to better organize development work, plan test cycles and accelerate time to market results

* High School Diploma/GED
* At least 2 years experience in application development in one of the Industrial Sector areas: (Automotive, Industrial Products, Hi Tech, Electronics, Chem/Petro or Aerospace)
* At least 2 years experience in employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities OR leading work streams/engagements involving process transformation and change management initiatives
* At least 2 years experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and/or Visio
* At least 2 years experience in application testing processes and tools, such as Mercury Quality Center and/or Rational Requisite Pro
* At least 1 year experience in test strategy/plan definition, scenario, and script development approaches and terminology
* At least 1 year experience in leading business improvement and system development requirements and analysis
* At least 1 year experience in software application development team project management, scheduling, budgeting, and staffing
* Readiness to travel Up to 4 days a week (home on weekends-based on project requirements)
