Software Quality Assurance Tester

· Produce effective Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Case and Test Evaluation Summary documentation

· Efficiently execute various phases of testing including functional, regression, integration, performance and usability testing using the application, scripts and direct database access

· Evaluate current testing practices for improvements through automated testing

· Effectively interact with Software Development Staff to quickly diagnose and resolve system problems

· Accurately and completely document software bugs with careful consideration of the requirements, designs and test documentation

· Multi-task. You will be testing multiple applications in overlapping timeframes

· 3 – 5 years of professional experience in a QA role

· Experience using SQL and testing applications on a Microsoft platform in a browser-based environment – SQL Server, .Net, XML and Web Services

· Experience understanding and validating databases

· Excellent problem solving, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.

· Excellent oral, written, listening and interpersonal skills.

· Demonstrated ability to productively, effectively and cordially work with clients and colleagues

· Minimum Education - B.S. in Computer Science or related degree
