Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description Performs inspections and sets quality assurance testing models for analysis of raw materials, materials in process, and finished products. Review and approve drawings, specifications, manufacturing instructions, and bills of material for completeness, accuracy,and compatibility with existing documentation. Write inspection/test/calibration procedures or equipment and product Perform failure analysis Manage the completion of validation protocols and test plans, including the specific performance of compliance testing Participate in process and device validation and qualification, including software Collect, analyze and take action on performance measurement indices, statistical capability/ reliability analysis Disposition non-conforming material Provide technical assistance, training and support to inspection personnel pertaining to electro-mechanical verification techniques and procedures

Requirements BA of Science in engineering. Particular engineering discipline may be Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial. Field of specialization may also include software engineering, computer engineering, reliability engineering May have advanced degree in a technical/specialized discipline 6-12 years experience as an engineer in a directly related/regulated manufacturing
