Quality Assurance Analyst
Works with the business users to identify new or enhanced systems, products and processes which advance business objectives.
Develops, manages, and executes all phases of quality assurance testing, including analysis of product requirements to produce test requirements
Development and execution of functional/system test plans for client's systems.
Provide technical and business support to system users.
Develops and maintains knowledge of business processes supported by software systems.
Reviews and documents business activity, systems, products, and processes.
Elicits and documents business requirements.
Translates business requirements into highly specified project briefs.
Performs and supports system testing. Documents and reports issues discovered during testing, and follows up for resolution.
Participates in requirements reviews, design reviews, and change control activities.
Participates as a member of the Scrum development team.
Addresses and follows up on production system defects in a timely manner.
Participates with the software testing team in the tracking and resolution of issues.
Participate in design meetings and present the strategy for testing.
Expresses recommendations based on client desires, product architecture, cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
Ensure cross-team and cross-department coordination and cooperation.
Other tasks as assigned by management.
Various requirements analysis techniques, including: stakeholder interviews, joint application design, use cases, and prototyping.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Excel.
Software requirements specification.
System and user acceptance testing.
Microsoftฎ Office, including Visio, Microsoftฎ-Project, and Word.
