Quality Assurance

* Develop, execute and analyze regression, functional, and performance QA test plans for manual and automated testing * Define test strategies and metrics to automate testing of front & backend applications

* Document and track your work and participate in code and design reviews * Be actively involved during all stages of the development life cycle * Act with a sense of urgency and flexibility to achieve critical milestones * Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables * Report daily & weekly work progress to project stakeholders and QA Director

* BS in Computer Science or related work experience (5+ years) * Minimum 5 years experience in fast-paced ecommerce/retail work environment in an engineer or technical QA role * Experience storing and processing large data sets * Minimum 3 years experience building complex, data-driven Automation frameworks from scratch using open-source tools * Proficiency in JSON, XML structure and relevant technologies * Proficiency in the following technologies: Java, Linux/Unix, Ruby, SQL/Oracle * Experience in managing/setting-up cloud based test environments * Working knowledge of various automation technologies and concepts * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to organize and capture functional complexity in a comprehensive test plan * Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills
