Sr Quality Assurance Tester

• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills. Must be organized, detail-oriented, accurate and thorough. • Able to prioritize and complete concurrent projects. . • Minimum of 3-4 years functional testing experience. • Understand requirements, independently write & execute test cases. • Control and manage daily test activities inline with test plan strategy. • Ability to handle complex testing assignments. • Knowledge of testing web based applications with end-to-end testing experience. • Identify issues & report them through defect tracking tools. • Report on test control and statistics collection - problem reporting, defect tracking & progress/status •Requires in-depth knowledge and experience testing Java based applications. Prefer experience with JBOSS web servers. • experience in web services functional and regression testing, on REST based web services using protocols JSON, and XML. • Experience in writing integration based tests for complex systems.

• Experience authoring comprehensive test plans and test scripts. • Demonstrated experience in data validation testing on large complex projects. • Demonstrated experience in analyzing technical requirements. • Should be self-starter and able to work with minimal guidance. • Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills is a must for this position. • 2 years of performance or functional testing experience using Jmeter, creation of load/stress scripts, and automation with ANT or similar build tools.

• Experience with Integration testing tools.
