QA Tester

Testing new mechanics and reporting bugs Testing of features and reporting bugs with the features as well as providing feedback on how well the feature is integrated and working Testing of content and reporting bugs with the content such as missing content and graphical errors Reports to be provided verbally, written, and through databases where relevant and applicable The storing and cataloging of debug output logs Verification of all fixes as noted by development teams in the bug database Trouble-shooting where required on elusive or hard to reproduce bugs Test Plan passes as directed Billing testing as needed Website functionality Ad-Hoc testing as directed Test Plan passes as directed Works as directed with QA Lead and manager

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Knowledge of Issue Tracking Tools Screen captures tool experience for reporting Graphical Errors Focused testing to establish durability of features and mechanics Experience with focus tests of core features and gameplay elements Knowledge of TestTrack Pro a plus Previous Game QA experience a plus

Strong written and verbal communication Technical process debug logging Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes
