QA Analyst - Team Lead

v Analyze the TradeFlow modules and client specific project workflow customization to design automation strategies.

v Build a testing framework utilizing tools like HP-QTP, LoadRunner, selenium etc.

v Constantly upgrade the framework to meet client projects requirements and supporting newer TradeFlow workflow modules

v The testing automation framework design needs to be flexible and reusable to meet the various project requirements

v Work , collaborate and manage a team of internal QA analyst both onshore/off-site. Also clients QA resources to enhance the automation framework.

v Own the entire lifecycle of automation project and implement the solution at a client site.

v Create periodic builds from the sub version code repository to test the specific releases and QA approved.

v Produce test cases, test scripts, test data with a through understanding of business requirements and application functionality.

v Participate directly in client meetings and support the client services technical developers to ensure highest quality deliverables which meet project deadlines.

v Creating testing strategies with hands on experience on designing and implementing automation frameworks for large projects involving multiple roll-outs.

v Performed test Lead role with complete responsibility for final client delivery

v Should be well versed with testing fundamentals, test tools and current trends in testing

v Should be familiar with overall test cycle, processes and tools including Exposure to performance testing.

v Good knowledge of UNIX shell scripting for build deployment

v Good understanding of entire development process (SDLC), including specification documentation and quality assurance

v MS Office, MS Project and Visio experience

v Experience with post trade processing for investment management firms

v Client implementation experience for USA and global clients.
