Software Quality Assurance Tester

• Assist in writing & executing test cases and test plans for projects as needed

• Investigate and report potential defects

• Test new software releases for functional and integration stability

• Assist in writing and maintaining regression documentation

• Document test results and log defects and enhancements per project or business situation demands

• Assist in isolating the root cause of defects and help drive resolution

• Report test results to lead or product manager

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 2-4 years of software testing experience

• Software skills – proficient in Windows Programs, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and strong Excel experience. Working knowledge of SQL a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and strong business acumen.
