QA Analyst
- Independently executes tests and validates results based on requirements and planned project schedules
- Contributes to the delivery and support of QA services through adherence to the SDLC
- Provides input during requirements reviews; provides test estimates
- Assists in keeping regression test bed up-to-date by identifying test cases to be included in the next run at the end of each release
- Records and tracks defects uncovered during the execution of tests and actively participates in resolution
- Proactively escalates issues, problems, status to the QA Project Manager
- May be asked to automate tests
- Automation (Selenium)
- Defect tracking (Trac, TFS) tools
- QA tools (Quality Center, Fiddler, SOAP UI, LOAD UI, Wireshark)
* Experience with :
- Database tools
- SQL queries
- Java Groovy scripts
EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
