Clinical QA/Training Specialist

* Instruct the ECG and new employee orientation classes * Perform training as needed to monitoring center staff (one-on-one, classroom) * Complete all documentation associated with training, including working with Training Director to create training programs * Assist in the coordinate of the on-shift training schedule for new employees * Analyze ECG events according to Internal, Individual and New Employee QA standards for the MC Department as outlined in the MC Quality Management Program Policy * Prepare and process External QA packages * Verify ECG deficits submitted by MC Staff * Work with MC Supervisors to administer competency tests * Prepare Individual QA feedback according to the MC Quality Program policy * Prepare and analyze ECG trends in order to assist in developing corrective actions * May have daily contact with customers, employees and internal management team * Other duties as required

* High School Diploma or equivalent * Training and/or teaching experience in a clinical area * Strong ECG analysis skills * Strong knowledge of personal computer and keyboard

* Bachelor’s Degree in Training & Development, Education, Psychology or a related field * At least two years experience as an RN, LPN, ECG Tech, Paramedic or EMT
