QA Tester

Black box testing on Mac OS and Android games

Troubleshoot, report, and follow up on all defects found

Work with other QA Testers, Engineering, Production and Customer Service teams closely

Provide post-launch support for all updates to assigned titles

Provide status updates on testing results as requested by QA Leads and Managers

Attend and participate in team meetings

Must have 2+ years of QA testing experience preferably in a gaming environment. Mobile experience is a major plus, particularly on Android.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Additional language fluency/familiarity a plus

Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to meet deadlines and schedules and be accountable

Must have attention to detail and be able to follow test cases and platform standard checklists

Ability to document results of testing in a detailed and organized manner

Ability to multitask in a fast, dynamic environment and maintain a professional and positive attitude with team members

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and bug tracking databases

Must enjoy playing games and have a passion for quality

Must have a strong sense of ownership, urgency and initiative

Ability to create or refine processes and identify opportunities for improvement

Ability to work overtime as necessary on evenings and weekends
