Software Test Lead

• Manage entire life cycle of multilingual testing projects from inception to completion • Juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment • Review and understand project specifications • Liaise with Sales team and clients (when necessary) to clarify project parameters and relay project-related information • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract testers • Coordinate all aspects of project schedule and budget with contract testers • Ensure that all testing projects are completed in a timely and cost effective manner and that all client objectives have been met • Implement, automate and maintain an effective testing process • Evaluate testing practices on an ongoing basis, identify potential areas for improvement and implement process improvements

• Bachelors degree • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and fast learner of new technology • Strong planning and leadership skills • Exceptional problem solver
