Software Quality Assurance Analyst I (Boulder)

Develops, publishes and implements test plans. Updates user documentation with additions and changes to applications. Work with Support to troubleshoot reported issues, recreate and document issues for Development group. Develops quality assurance standards.

Have a working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies. Experience diagnosing, reporting, tracking and resolving quality issues. Experience with test case development and documentation. Strong, proven troubleshooting skills. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects tasks simultaneously. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of bug tracking systems.

Experience or interest in test automation. Working knowledge of Linux systems. Working knowledge of Microsoft systems. Working knowledge of MySQL. Basic understanding of the SIP protocol. JIRA knowledge or other bug tracking experience Programming knowledge Basic knowledge of call center software and telemetry.
