Senior Software Test Engineer

? Understands product functionality and cross function impact on other products

? Create, maintain and execute Test Cases and Test Plans

? Experience with Automated Test Case design

? Mentors Junior Software Test Engineers

? Collaborates with the development teams to ensure testing effectiveness

? Manages multiple project schedules

? Suggests improvements to QC processes

? Records and reports test cycle results

? Participates in problem solving

? Reports project status to Team Leads, escalating immediately when appropriate

? Attends Code and Design Reviews

? 3-5 years experience as a member of a Software Test Team

? 2+ years experience with Microsoft operating systems

? 2+ years experience with Microsoft SQL

? Extensive knowledge of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Software Quality Testing

? In depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle

? Experience with multiple software testing methodologies

? Strong technical knowledge

? Excellent organization and communication skill
