Quality Assurance Test Engineer

* Interact with Business Systems Analysts and Software Engineers to define and document test plans for software products * Assist in building and maintaining the software test environment * Identify functional problems and suggest resolutions * Build and analyze both automated and manual test cases and provide regular progress reports * Other duties as assigned

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar degree preferred * Experience writing SQL queries * Knowledge of building and maintaining manual and automated software testing environments and tools * Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) is a plus * Experience developing and enhancing test plans and procedures that define test strategies and coverage * Minimum of three to five years direct work experience in software quality assurance

* Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills * Strong communication skills * Individual must be highly motivated and a self starter
