Software Engineers in Test who are C# or Java developers committed to improving efficiency through automation and building robust, scalable tests systems.

Looking for Software Engineers in Test to help us deliver innovative test systems that truly improve our efficiency as an organization. The challenges facing these SEITs include testing product integrations on multiple platforms, developing test systems that support Win Form and Web clients, implementing security and troubleshooting tools, developing systems to support load, performance, and scalability testing, leading development teams to achieve efficiency through active mentoring of test automation, achieving technical excellence, and fostering company-wide collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 1-3 years of experience developing programmatic test automation or enterprise applications, ideally in an Agile environment * Programming skills with C# and JavaScript * Good understanding of software development principles and design patterns * An inherent drive to solve problems, analyze risk, and share knowledge with others * Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware) * Demonstrated ability to communicate well and train others on technical principles or project
