Senior QA Engineer

* Work with developers and PM on the initial design of assigned features * Develop test case for assigned features from functional specs * Execute manual test cases and perform automation testing * Revise test plan and procedures to be in step with customer expectations * Investigate reported problems and defects to enable developers to easily reproduce and fix * Customer issue reproduction and verification

* Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science/Telecommunication or equivalent

* 6+ years QA experience in Video, VoIP, data networking industry or telecom industry

* Good working knowledge of common operation system (e.g. Windows, Mac OS X, Linux) * Strong experience with SIP, H.323, TCP/IP, IPv6 * Detail-oriented and strong analytical/problem solving capabilities * Strong understanding of performance, regression, integration, interoperability, system level and stress/load test execution * Experience writing test plans, test suites and test procedures at the black box and system test levels

* Preferably experience on MCU, recording and stream server or other video conference products * Video conference industry experience is a plus * Test Automation Tools development experience is a plus * Systems administration experience in a mixed Linux/UNIX and Windows environment is a plus

* Understanding of automation framework. Experience in using automation tools and instruments (like QTP, Winrunner, Avalanche) would be an added advantage * Experience in leading projects throughout the testing cycle is preferred
