Test and Verification Technical Team Lead

* Helping to create and foster a cohesive, engaged, informed and knowledgeable Test and Verification team

* Take responsibility for the setup and configuration of various hardware devices within the Test and Verification testbed



* Execute regression, integration, system and performance tests according to the test specification. Analyze and report on results obtained



* Interact with Engineering and Support teams to create and maintain a quality product



* Representing Test and Verification at appropriate customer engagements



* Working closely with Sales and Sales Engineering to ensure customer issues and requirements are understood and addressed within Engineering as a whole



* Serving as a Test and Verification focal point for Engineering

* Minimum of 5 yrs experience in leading teams and technical management



* Full QA Lifecycle knowledge



* Methodical and analytical approach to testing with attention to detail a must



* Strong Experience with virtualization environments



* Good understanding of Linux systems (particularly RedHat/CentOS/Fedora)



* Experience in IP-based networking protocols



* CCNA certified with experience in UCS Chassis/Blade servers a distinct advantage



* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, be self motivated and a team player
