QA automation software engineer
*
Develop code for automated test cases based upon a custom automation framework;
o
using object oriented programming techniques
o
using multiple test automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Frank (for Mobile app automation) and JSON calls at the Web Service layer.
o
maintaining and enhancing modular test code design
o
accounting for execution performance, maintainability, reusability, portability, and stability.

Maintain and debug existing test automation code.
*
Analyze manual test cases and rapidly develop efficient automated test cases.
*
Evaluate application functionality to determine viability for automation.
*
Interface with application developers, manual QA testers, and business analysts.
*
Write and execute manual test cases.
*
A QA automation software engineer, capable of working independently and in teams.
*
Demonstrated object oriented design, debugging, and programming skills using Java/J2EE, Ruby, or comparable technologies.
*
Experience with manual and automated Mobile device testing.
*
Demonstrated knowledge of SQL and database technologies such as Oracle and MySql.
*
Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies and developing innovative technical solutions.
*
Knowledge of Quality Assurance and thorough and efficient written test case design.
*
Experience with test plan creation and test case writing.
*
Experience with APIs and web service testing.
Experience with Perforce or comparable software version control tool.
*
Understanding of the features, basic architecture and customer expectations of patient-oriented medical software application.
*
Experience with Javascript, Windows Script.
* BS, Computer Science or Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum two (2) years experience in software development cycle from design to code, documentation, testing, and maintenance.
* One (1) years experience using enterprise Java (or comparable object oriented technologies) in an application or automation development capacity.
* Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a formal QA role.
* Knowledge of CMMI or Six Sigma a plus.
