Senior QA Manager

• Lead, mentor, coach, and grow a team of test engineers • Provide technical architecture leadership and direction • Foster collaboration and communication between partner teams (dev, test, support, etc.) • Review product designs and specifications for quality • Manage and review test plans, test cases, test results • Manage test labs, test frameworks, and test software • Report regular status to management • Research emerging test technologies

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent • 6+ years experience within a test team • 4+ years leading test teams • 4+ years implementing multiple automated testing frameworks and harnesses (linux, ruby, java is a plus) • 2+ years experience testing large-scale web or messaging based services • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with performance, scalability, reliability is a plus • Experience with various development processes is a plus (Agile, Scrum, Continuous) • Experience with open source projects is a plus • Passion for quality • History of increasing product quality
