Quality Control Associate

Responsibilities:

Complete initial invoice and photo reviews

o All initial and recurring service reviews

o Knowledge of all photo requirements

o Must hit specified metrics daily

Vendor communication

o Timely and professional response to all emails, phone calls and voicemails

Escalate any advanced vendor issues to Senior QC Complete any other assigned tasks as instructed, including, but not limited to listed responsibilities

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Photoshop or other related digital photo software Capable of navigating in a web based database Making notes in the computer system Capable of uploading photos to the internet Assessing work completed in a digital photo environment Computer skills (Windows Based) Microsoft Office & Excel a mus
