Sftware QA Engineer

- Quality Assurance review and documentation of product enhancements and new products - Level 2 support of production systems - Troubleshooting of existing and new systems - Technical documentation and issue/bug reporting - End to end testing - Ability to write and maintain a suite of test cases - Familiarity with Jira Studio or similar issue tracking software - Ability to perform simple MySQL queries - Familiarity with Tomcat configuration is a plus - Work closely with project management teams to deliver quality systems through review and documentation of the configured system

- A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience - Proven ability to work independently on testing software - A steady pattern of increasing success in your career - A willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed - as small but profitable company, each team member may be called on to wear many hats - Must be able to work a flexible schedule to perform testing on after hour deployments - Familiarity with troubleshooting web based systems and browsers (XML, http(s), browser setting configurations, route tracing, etc.)
